Employment Guidelines

Please review our standard employment terms regarding vacation allotment and termination policies.

Vacation Allotment

  • Minimum 30 days of paid vacation after 4 months of service.
  • Regular salary received during vacation period without deductions.
  • Vacation pay paid as per standard payroll schedule.

Termination & Travel

  • Company provides return ticket after 12-month contract completion.
  • Overtime (>8 hrs) compensated with additional off hours/days.
  • Medical care provided as per respective country regulations.

Recruitment Process

  • Processing period: 45 to 60 working days including on-job training.
  • Required: 6 Photos, ID Proof, Education & Experience Certificates, Passport.
  • Standard fees apply for medical (5,850/-) and security deposit (Refundable).
